90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to love ClarityMD. Take it daily for up to 90 days. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order and we will issue a full refund of the product price.

How to request a refund

Email us at contactclarity@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Our team will confirm your request and guide you through the next steps. In most cases, no return shipping is required.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at contactclarity@gmail.com with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Refund processing

Once your refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account.

Order changes and cancellations

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they are prepared for shipment. After an order has shipped, the 90-day guarantee above applies.

Exceptions

The 90-day guarantee applies to one refund per customer and per household. Gift cards are non-refundable. Orders identified as abusive or fraudulent may be refused.
